The producer describes a deep, sweet profile with fruity chocolate notes. The coffee is naturally processed, with the cherries dried whole in the sun, and roasted on the farm.

Fifth Heaven’s Puerto Rico Medium Roast received 93 points from Coffee Review in June 2026 and 92 points in July 2025. These are dated reviews of the coffee, not separate ratings for whole-bean and ground formats.

Growing practices

Hacienda Tierra Viva describes working with the surrounding rainforest ecosystem using regenerative farming principles. Coffee Review’s notes for both reviews describe the coffee as produced regeneratively and without the use of pesticides.
